Q.When does Motion Coffee arrive to start set-up for my event?

A. Based on the number of people expected, we arrive one to two hours before the event to start warming up the machine and getting everything prepped for an amazing event.

Q.How does payment work? Is there a payment system?

A. All invoices and electronic contracts are sent through Honeybook. We will send you a specific quote and half will be due to book Motion Coffee for your event and the second half will be due the month before your event.

Q. Do we need to meet in person to book?

A. Motion Coffee is here to work with your schedule! We can exchange all the details over email - I know many brides who would rather make a meeting an email to save time! If you are located locally, we would also love to meet with you over coffee to plan out every detail of your event! We are located in the Grayson county/Dallas area, and know many great shops in the area!

Q. How far do you travel?

A. We can travel far. We include 75 roundtrip miles (calculated from the city, Denison, TX) for all events. For all additional travel, we charge $0.95/mile.
